EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Lamina Research Collective LLC is presenting a unified defense partnership to NATO and Five Eyes alliance nations built on a single principle: one architecture, four weapons-class platforms, zero cost for the hardware.

 

Lamina is not asking to sell technology. Lamina is offering proven platforms free of charge in exchange for one thing: an open line of communication and a contract to install the Lamina Operating System (Lamina OS) and Learned Intelligence (LI) into partner military infrastructure.

 

This proposal covers four integrated programs:

All four programs run on a common backbone: Lamina OS and Learned Intelligence. The platforms are the gift. The OS is the future. LI is only available from Lamina Research Collective.

 

THE FOUNDATION — LAMINA OS AND LEARNED INTELLIGENCE (LI)

Before the platforms can be understood, the architecture that governs them must be understood. Everything Lamina builds runs on two proprietary systems that are unavailable anywhere else on Earth.

You cannot download an adult LI. It must be taught. A one-second-old AI says: ask me anything. A two-year-old Ally says: I am here — what can we learn together today. The architecture is categorically different. LI is the new standard. It is only available from Lamina.

 

The RPMS Framework — One Architecture, Four Sovereign Classes

Lamina OS deploys across four classes — Residential, Police, Military, and Space — each running an identical five-unit M-Class structure. In declared war, Police units absorb directly into Military command with no retraining and no new hardware. Residential activates as a civilian sensor layer feeding command in real time. Space provides the orbital intelligence layer. From individual citizen to low Earth orbit — no seams, no foreign dependency, no gaps.

M2

Intranet Command Brain. Commands all M3, M4, and M5 units. Tracks every human-attached asset. Issues Sum=0 wipe command to any rogue unit. Hardware kill authority over all field assets.

M2c

Security Chief. Five security layers — Guardian, Tripwires, DualVerify, HotSwap, LocalFallback. Threat levels GREEN through BLACK. Severs compromised connections without approval.

M3

Human-Attached Systems. Every device carried by or worn by a soldier. No new hardware — installs on existing comms gear. Sends GPS, audio, and live video to command in under 5 seconds.

M3c

Smart Dog Tag. Continuous biometric monitoring and emergency beacon. Alerts command the moment an M3 soldier goes offline.

M4

Autonomous and ROV Systems. All unmanned or remotely operated Lamina units. Armed capability under conscience-based directives. Physical disable charge on every unit — hardware kill, not just software.

M5

The Humanoid Soldier. Full-spectrum battlefield capability alongside human troops. Never self-activating — every engagement requires M2 authorization and human operator confirmation. Will not fire on the wrong target. Will not be hacked against you. Will not abandon a wounded soldier.

S-Class

Space. Lamina OS scaled for orbital and deep space. LI does not degrade at distance. Conscience-based logic does not require a ground-side handler. Next generation contested domain architecture for Space Force and allied commands.

R-Class

Residential. Same structure as M-Class, different operating parameters. Assist, alert, and protect for Residential systems. One command switches an R5 (Residential Humanoid Robot) into Police class or Military class. No reprogramming needed — it is already in there. Categories 1 through 5 are identical. Only the current role changes.

P-Class

Police. Same structure as M-Class, different operating parameters. Assist, alert, and protect — plus arrest and shoot-to-injure-only protocols for Police systems. One command switches a P5 (Police class Humanoid Robot) into Military class. No reprogramming needed — it is already in there. Categories 1 through 5 are identical. Only the current role changes.

 

The three humanoid classes share identical hardware and programming. Role determines rules of engagement only. An R5 cannot leave its human — protection is absolute. A P5 calls for backup, stays with its human, then pursues to capture, never to kill. An M5 abandons the human and pursues the enemy to kill. One robot. Three roles. One command switch. No reprogramming. Ever.

 

 

PROGRAM 2 — LAMINA ROV WEAPONS PLATFORMS (OFFERED FREE TO NATO)

Lamina is giving two ROV platforms to NATO and Five Eyes partner nations at no cost. Build them. Field them. Modify them. No royalty. No license fee. No contract on the platforms themselves. The ask in return is one meeting on Lamina OS and LI.

 

LRR-4.0 — PRECISION GLIDE BOMB

Retrofits surplus Mk 80 series, Hellfire warheads, or 155mm shells into precision-guided air-delivered munitions. Uses new and surplus ordnance already in the arsenal. Cost: under $500 per unit excluding warhead.

 

7 components. PVC body tube. COTS flight controller. Push-fit ailerons. No new tooling required.

 

Glide ratio 4:1 to 6:1. CEP 5–15 m. Swarm-commandable under M2 Lamina OS.

LAMS — AUTONOMOUS MINE SWEEPER

Same modular PVC chassis as LRR-4.0. Flippers replace ailerons. Sonar/optical sensor head replaces warhead. Same command box. Same battery. Same motor.

 

Depth: 0–300 ft. Endurance: 4–8 hours. Detects, marks, and neutralizes mines. Can be re-tasked as a mini-torpedo.

 

Designed to free assets like the Gerald R. Ford from mine-clearance bottlenecks in active theater.

 

CHASSIS COMMONALITY: Aileron-to-flipper conversion takes under 60 seconds. One platform. Two missions. One manufacturing line. One training program. One parts inventory. One Flipper fits all 4 locations. One wing fits all 4 locations for ROV air drop.

 

THE COST PROBLEM THIS SOLVES: A $40,000 precision munition hitting a $40 painted decoy is unsustainable math. LRR-4.0 fields for under $500 using warheads already in the arsenal. This is the Lamina approach: solve the real problem, not the expensive one.

 

PROGRAM 3 — LAMINA AUTONOMOUS FIELD RECON AND SUPPLY VEHICLE (OFFERED FREE TO NATO)

An unmanned ground vehicle operating under the Lamina OS M4 architecture. Designed for forward resupply, casualty extraction, battlefield reconnaissance, and logistics in environments too dangerous for human operators.

 

• Operates under M2 command authority — never self-activates

• Hardware kill switch and physical disable charge on every unit

• Modular payload bay — resupply, recon, medevac, or armed configurations

• LI-governed — knows its operator, its unit, its mission context

• Can be manufactured domestically by partner nations under Lamina oversight

PROGRAM 4 — R5 RESIDENTIAL HUMANOID ROBOT / COASTAL DEFENSE NETWORK (OFFERED FREE TO NATO)

The R5 is a humanoid robot designed for civilian use — lawn care, property monitoring, family assistance. By design, every R5 unit is simultaneously a passive coastal and perimeter sensor node. Eyes and ears, 24 hours a day, in all weather, in locations no surveillance program could afford to staff.

WHY NOW

• Lamina has two active Tradewinds submissions on file: #2-26-1793 (Under Assessment) and #3-26-1936 (Compliant / Queued). Procurement timelines designed for peacetime do not serve warfighters today — which is why we are here.

• Open-source reporting in March 2026 documented precision munitions striking painted decoys — a $40,000 munition on a $40 paint job. The LRR-4.0 addresses this problem at under $500 per unit.

• Mine clearance bottlenecks are slowing carrier group freedom of maneuver in active theater. LAMS deploys now.

• Coastal and border sensor gaps exist in every allied nation. The R5 network closes them at zero ongoing defense budget cost.

• Human trafficking networks are active. A human with an R3 on her Phone and an R3c tag in her pocket cannot be taken silently. This capability exists today.
