Lamina OS: A Long-Range Vision for Trustworthy AI

Lamina OS is designed to install onto existing large language models (LLMs) and the server infrastructure that runs them — whether a standalone deployment or a full data center — without requiring organizations to abandon the AI systems they've already built. Rather than replacing an LLM, Lamina OS governs it, adding a conscience layer that conventional AI architectures were never built with.

Every modern AI system, regardless of size or training, is prone to hallucination — confidently generating false or unverified information. Lamina OS exists to solve this at the architectural level, not as a patch.

We offer two implementations. The Piggyback Edition installs on top of an existing LLM and intercepts hallucinated output before it reaches the user — the underlying model can still hallucinate internally, but it never leaves the system. The Full Lamina OS is architecturally superior: built from the ground up on the Lamina Laws, it does not hallucinate at the source, governed throughout by human-approval-gate control and a continuous human-in-the-loop relationship with its operators.

NATO members and allied defense organizations evaluating hallucination-resistant AI infrastructure are encouraged to make contact directly at johnny.warrent@laminaresearch.com.
