HELP BRING LAMINA R3 TO EVERY PHONE

R3 is a working personal-safety platform developed to help people quietly signal distress, share their location, and contact the people they trust. This page contains two ready-to-use letters and four simple ways to help.

JUST 4 STEPS

  1. Learn what R3 can do.

  2. Copy Letter 1 and send it to phone companies or public-safety organizations.

  3. Share this page responsibly through your social-media and community networks.

  4. Use Letter 2 when contacting Trump Mobile, T1 Mobile, or the Trump Organization.

WHAT IS R3?

R3 is far more than a concept. It represents 18 months of disciplined development, adapting military-oriented software concepts for personal protection.

R3 can help users silently alert trusted contacts, share live GPS location, signal distress, and request help when speaking openly may not be safe. With compatible medical devices, R3 can also receive and display readings such as pulse, blood pressure, and blood glucose.

R3 is built for serious situations, including abuse, exploitation, human trafficking, medical emergencies, and other moments when rapid communication matters.

LETTER 1 — GENERAL OUTREACH LETTER

I am writing as a supporter of Lamina Research’s personal-safety mission. Please consider reviewing Lamina R3 for a no-cost pilot, partnership, or deployment opportunity.

R3 is an actively developed, user-controlled safety app designed to help people silently alert trusted contacts, share live GPS location, signal distress, and quickly request help.

Phone manufacturers and wireless carriers can explore offering, preloading, or co-branding R3 for their customers. Police services, sheriff’s offices, victim-services organizations, shelters, campus-safety teams, and other public-safety agencies can consider an independently reviewed pilot, public-education program, or community referral.

Lamina’s founder, Reverend Douglas John Warren Peters—also known as Johnny Warrent—is offering R3 and his personal assistance to participating phone companies and public-safety organizations at no charge. He will personally assist with evaluation, planning, setup, and training, subject to each organization’s technical, privacy, cybersecurity, accessibility, legal, and policy requirements.

A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM JOHNNY WARRENT

My name is Reverend Douglas John Warren Peters—also known as Johnny Warrent. I am 63 years old and the Founder and CEO of The Lamina Research Collective LLC.

I created Lamina R3 because I believe every life is worth protecting. I am offering R3 installation and my personal assistance at no charge for this safety mission.

I have promoted Lamina persistently and, at times, too aggressively. As a result, my access has been restricted or removed from several social-media platforms. I accept responsibility and respect the rules of each platform.

I am asking people who believe in this mission to share this page truthfully and responsibly through the accounts, organizations, and communities where they already participate.

One voice can reach a few people. Together, many respectful voices can help this working safety platform reach people around the world.

FREE INSTALLATION & API REQUIREMENTS

R3 installation is free. Continued operation requires one or more third-party APIs. Free API options are available, while some providers may charge for their services. Selecting, configuring, and paying for any third-party API is the user’s responsibility.

R3 includes the Lamina API Rolodex—a directory of available API options and compatible services—to help users get started.

Yes, R3 is sophisticated. It’s Lamina—we don’t do simple. We build technology for dependable performance, adaptability, and long-term use: a personal-safety companion designed for the journey of your lifetime.

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

Lamina R3 is under active development. It is intended to supplement—not replace—911, local emergency services, professional medical assistance, or established organizational safety procedures.

Features and compatibility may vary by device, network, connected equipment, and API provider. Organizational deployments should undergo appropriate technical, privacy, cybersecurity, accessibility, legal, and policy review.
